I have been seeing Lucy once a week for 16 months and look forward to each session. Variety of exercises so no 2 weeks are the same and Lucy is very motivating so you want to get the best from your PT session. My confidence in using the gym has increased and my strength which is so important as I get older has improved massively. I would recommend PT sessions with Lucy to anyone

Lucy’s PT sessions are the best . No two sessions are the same! She is inspirational and motivates you to be the best you can be. I feel strong and my fitness levels have gone up . Most importantly we have fun . I would definitely recommend PT sessions with Lucy - she’s brilliant .
