Introducing Lucy Kerr -
The
Women's Fitness Specialist

I have been working in the Fitness Industry for over 16 years.

I consider myself very lucky as I absolutely love what I do!


I began my career in the industry as a Group Exercise to Music Instructor teaching various classes including, Aerobics, Pilates, Zumba, Studio Cycling, and Step.  I then studied further to become a Personal Trainer and really found my passion for wanting to help people lead a healthier and fitter lifestyle.


Working predominantly with women I soon began to realise that women need a slightly different approach to their diet and fitness programmes to men, so I set myself the task of educating myself on all things Female!  


I have developed a programme which works for women at any stage of their lives, whether they are just starting out, pre or post-natal, pre-menopausal or simply just wanting to get into the best shape ever.


I offer one-2-one Personal Training sessions, tailor-made to your goals and have helped many clients transform themselves into the person they had only ever dreamed of being. Please check the "Personal Training" tab for details.

I recently developed the "LIVE LEAN" programme, which is a Body Transformation programme all run through the LKFITNESS.JE app​ and run three courses each year.  Please check the "Live Lean" tab for details of the next course.
