I am absolutely delighted to bring to you my “Ladies Lean Living” programme, tailor-made to your goals and to help you achieve the body of your dreams!

Onboarding
Upon sign up, you will be required to complete a questionnaire. This questionnaire provides me with all the information I need to create your Personal Training and Nutrition Programme. The programme will officially start on the 4th January 2024 and will run for 8 weeks.
Welcome Information
Once I have created your plan you will receive an email from me detailing exactly what’s required to obtain the results you wish to achieve. I will provide you with the map to your desired transformation – this is the beginning of your journey to a happier and healthier you!
Bespoke Training & Nutrition Plans
I am NOT one of those Personal Trainers who will just send you a generic plan and leave you to get on with it. Instead, the training programme I create will be research-based and specifically designed to build, sculpt, and develop your desired physique. Although the best results are always found by working out in the gym where you have access to a multitude of equipment, if you would rather workout at home that is fine but you will need to invest in a small amount of equipment to ensure the workouts are challenging enough to achieve your desired results.
I will also completely remove the nutrition guesswork! You'll know exactly how many calories, how much protein, carbohydrate, and fats you should be consuming each day. You'll know what foods to eat, what foods to avoid (or consume in moderation). My aim is to educate you about nutrition in order to cultivate lifelong healthy eating habits.
Weekly Check-Ins
You will be required to complete a weekly check-in form which will provide information beyond what I can acquire from tracking your training and nutrition alone. I will be checking energy, hunger, recovery, steps, water, and leaving no stone unturned. When reviewing your week, I want to have a complete picture of how it's gone so I can provide the feedback and support required to reach your goals!
Weekly Feedback
You will receive weekly feedback from me, where I'll highlight areas where you're doing well and what we need to work on moving into the following week. Regular feedback ensures you receive the support, accountability and encouragement required to obtain the results you seek.
Unlimited Support
As well as receiving regular feedback, you'll also be able to message me directly via the Lkfitness.je App at any time. I will be your full-time Personal Coach – there to support, motivate and guide you through your body transformation.
There will be a dedicated “what’s app” group where we can all share ideas, recipes, workout tips and keep each other motivated.

The Live Lean Programme is a great way to kick start weight loss and get in shape. The app is easy to use and the support from Lucy is fantastic. The workouts have clear instructions with videos to show you the correct form and can be done at home or in the gym. Lots of clear and helpful information regarding nutrition too. The Live Lean Programme was fantastic for kick starting a stronger healthier me. As a busy full time working mum, I really struggle to spend any time on myself.
